MINK'S Magicians

Hi! My name is Sabrina Mink and I am so excited to be teaching 1st grade at Dogwood this year. I am passionate about teaching because I love spending each day with my students and being a part of their lives. It is so much fun for me to watch them grow as learners and as people during my time with them, and I love seeing them make connections, build community with one another, and have fun with learning! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. I taught Pre-K, 2nd, and 3rd grade in Virginia and I am thrilled to be starting my second year of teaching 1st grade at Dogwood. In my spare time, I like to cook, read, travel, and play with my dog, Valley. My favorite place to travel is to the mountains in Colorado. I attended Dogwood for Kindergarten-5th grade, and it is so much fun being a part of the Dogwood community again! I am looking forward to a wonderful year with my sweet 1st graders!
